Refractory adhesive (1000°C)

Universal refractory adhesive, with cold curing. It has excellent permanent adhesion and high strength. It is ready for immediate application.

Properties:

• Operating temperature: 1000°C
• Water-soluble.
• Can be easily and uniformly applied.
• Forms an excellent and reliable bond.
• The adhesive does not induce internal stress between bonded materials.
• It does not contain harmful or hazardous components.
• Low gas content.
• Odorless.

Characteristics:

• Appearance: Light yellow
• Viscosity (20°C): Thixotropic, stable
• Density (20°C): 1.85 g/cm3
• Tensile strength (20°C): >350 N/cm2

Use of Specoll refractory adhesive:

• It is applied in a thin layer on both sides.
• The surfaces are immediately bonded after application.
• Curing time: 2-3 hours.
